Hello All:
Today is March 19th (my birthday) and this morning we had an ultra sound to determine the gender of the baby. More important than the gender of the baby is the health of the baby. Erin and I were told that there is a list of 35 items the tech checks when doing an ultra sound. The baby was normal for all of these items. Praise God for that good news!
Erin conducted a poll this morning to see what people thought the gender of the baby was going to be. The majority believed that it was going to be a girl. In this case the majority was wrong. We are having a boy! We found out rather early in the ultra sound. The tech was taking measurements and made a comment that she was not looking for it yet, but asked if I was ready for my birthday present? There "it" was plain as day, and he wasn't bashful about showing "it". I hope that isn't a sign of things to come.
Needless to say, Erin and I are very excited to begin planning for the little guy. Mostly we are excited because he appears to be in good health. Please continue to keep the little guy and Erin in your prayers.
Blessings,
Tim

Changes
Greetings All:
Well, throughout the pregnancy Erin's body has gone through many changes. However, the changes in her life do not stop with the pregnancy. In approximately four weeks we will be moving to another home in Elkhorn, NE. In a matter of a week, we sold our current home and purchased another. Hopefully this will be our last change until the baby comes.
We are both excited to move into the new house and decorate the baby's room. Since we have an ultrasound scheduled for next Friday, March 19th (my birthday), we will be able to find out the gender of the baby prior to our move. Finding out the gender of the baby will be the best birthday present ever for me. I can't wait!
Erin continues to do well. She had a doctors appointment today and one of the first comments from the doctor to Erin was, "you are starting to get big". I wouldn't say that Erin is getting big, but she does have a baby bump and it looks awesome. Before long she will be asking me to rub tummy butter on her belly. I'm not sure exactly what that is, but it is supposed to help with stretch marks. Oh, what us husbands won't do for our wives.
In closing, I would like to say how blessed we are. God has provided good health for both Erin and the baby during the pregnancy and He has blessed us with great friends (some of which are pregnant also) and family to celebrate this wonderful time with.
Please continue to keep Erin and Baby Hall in your prayers.
Grace and peace be with all of you!
Tim
